Privacy Policy

Effective: [DATE — set before App Store submission] · Arrow Pond Estate, LLC

The short version

Pourframe collects nothing. Your journal — photos, captions, notes, voice notes, locations — is stored on your device and, if you enable iCloud, in your private iCloud database. We cannot read it. We have no servers holding your memories, no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no trackers. We aim for the App Store privacy label to say exactly this: Data Not Collected.

What stays on your device (and your iCloud)

Everything you create in the app: photos and Live Photos, captions and notes, voice notes, taste details, the people you note you were with, and — if you grant location permission — where a pour happened. iCloud sync, when available, uses Apple's CloudKit private database, which is encrypted to your Apple ID and not accessible to Arrow Pond Estate.

Services the app talks to

That is the complete list today. The app makes no other network connections.

When you order a printed book (future feature)

When book ordering ships, payment will be processed by Stripe and printing/shipping fulfilled by a print partner. Only the information needed to complete your order — the book contents you choose to print, shipping addresses, and payment details handled directly by Stripe — will be shared with those providers for that purpose. This policy will be updated with specifics before the feature launches.

Permissions, plainly

Children

Pourframe is about wine and is intended for users of legal drinking age; it is rated 17+ and not directed at children.
